If you have previously completed Core Skills Training at another Trust using ipdf (a similar website to this), you can easily transfer your training records.

To do this:

  1. Click Manage my Profile ID
  2. Log in
  3. Update your registered NHS Trust to Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust

If you have already completed the training on a different IT system, please create an account and quickly complete the online e-Assessments in order to demonstrate your knowledge of the topics.

Or, you will need to provide us with evidence of the training you have completed i.e. certificates or a copy of your learning history from your previous organisation.

Yes, you can use any PC, desktop, tablet or mobile device anytime, anywhere!

MAST does not have a direct feed from the eAssessments. You will need to wait 2 working days for the completion to show on MAST. In the meantime you will have received an email showing your completion.
Email confirmation may be sent to your junk mail on occasions. Do ensure the email address you use for the E-Assessment is correct.
Should you fail an E-Assessment three times in a row there is a lock-out period of 48 hours, this is to enable you to have the chance to refer to the study guide again, following on from the 48 hours you will be allowed to attempt the E-Assessment again - if you are unsuccessful in passing after a fourth attempt the system will lock you out for a period of six months, in this instance you will need to notify your line manager who can assist you with the questions. You can then request for your manager to email the E-Assessment to us directly at fhft.learningandod@nhs.net indicating this is a fifth attempt so the E-Assessment can be manually updated.
Following the Trust’s upgrade to internet explorer 11 the website was designed to run on this standard. Please check that you have the right version of internet explorer by clicking the help button which can be found on the top of your screen. If you have an older version of internet explorer, you can contact the IT Help Desk to upgrade your internet explorer to 11 or alternatively ask them to install Google chrome.
