We as a Trust are committed to providing a safe environment for all our patients and staff, both in the hospital and community settings. In order to build and maintain these high safety standards, it is essential that all of us have the appropriate skills, knowledge and ability to undertake our roles.

This site provides you with the tools you need to fulfil key elements of your Mandatory (required by regulatory bodies or the Trust) and Statutory (required by law) safety obligations; the Learning & Development team are available to support staff with this.

Our shared values will help guide us on our journey to create one of the best NHS trusts in the country. We want to ensure that our patients and service users have the best possible experience of receiving care wherever it is provided within Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust. By being committed to excellence and working together, we will face the future with a focus on efficiency and improvement to ensure our success as a leading healthcare provider.

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust brings together around 10,000 staff from Frimley Park NHS Foundation Trust and Heatherwood and Wexham Park Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

We are also proud to host the Ministry of Defence Medical Group South East at Frimley Park with military surgical, medical and nursing personnel working alongside the hospital's NHS staff providing care to patients in all specialties.

Frimley Health wishes to acknowledge Barts Health who commissioned and project managed the development of the interactive PDF (iPDF) system. Barts Health is the biggest NHS Trust in England, employing over 16,000 permanent staff. Barts Health is home to London’s Air Ambulance and has 5 hospitals, including internationally renowned teaching hospitals, The Royal London Hospital and St Bartholomew’s – being the oldest hospital in Europe founded in 1123.

Every month Barts Health staff complete over 12,000 iPDF E-Assessments, staff receive instant e-mail notifications of their completion and the Trust can monitor all activity in real-time. The Frimley Health E-Assessments were generated from the iPDF cloud based system which was developed by Shinetech Software in China, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner. Shinetech Software also developed this Microsite.
